Michael Pylman, M.D.
Dr. Michael Pylman is the Medical Director and a treating interventionalist at USA Pain Clinics. Prior to joining us, he served for five years as Chairman of the Anesthesia Department at Bay Area Hospital in Coos Bay, Oregon, and for nine years he was the Director of Pain Management at South Coast Orthopedics in Coos Bay, Oregon. Dr. Pylman’s training and education includes Anesthesiology Residency at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington; Medical School at George Washington University in Washington, D.C.; and undergraduate studies at Stanford University in Stanford, California. Dr. Pylman has published several studies as well as won multiple awards for excellence in pain management and research.
Lyn Dawson, CNP
Lyn Dawson is a Certified Nurse Practitioner at USA Pain Clinics. She has over nine years of experience as a Certified Nurse Practitioner, but her background in Nursing and medical care dates back to 1997. Lyn evaluates potential new patients and helps determine if they can be effectively treated at USA Pain Clinics. She refers patients for physiological care, physical and alternative therapy, as well as provides education to patients to help them make appropriate lifestyle changes that aid in managing pain.
Lee Taylor, PA-C
Lee Taylor is a Physician’s Assistant at USA Pain Clinics. He received his Bachelors in Nuclear Medicine Technology from the University of New Mexico, and subsequently went on to study at the University of St. Francis where he earned his Masters in Physician Assistant Studies. Taylor has years of experience in Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Geriatrics, Occupational Medicine and Urgent Care. At USA Pain Clinics, Taylor assists patients in managing their pain, improving mobility, and regaining their independence.
Bitu Sheth, PA-C
Bitu Sheth is a Certified Physician's Assistant and completed schooling at the University of St. Francis in 2012. Bitu has been practicing in the field of pain management for about 4 years. She has lived in the state of New Mexico for over 20 years ago and considers herself a lobo at heart. Bitu's goal at USA Pain Clinics is to provide patients with a new perspective and different treatment options based on a thorough examination. She is willing to work with patients to get them back a functional and healthy lifestyle.
